PMDD Education Series - Psychology Session
Dr. Jaclyn Ross, PhD, is a licensed clinical psychologist and founder of PMD Clinic Chicago, specializing in Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder and reproductive mental health. Trained at UCLA and Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine, she combines rigorous clinical expertise with dedicated research in menstrual-cycle related mood disorders. Dr. Ross serves on the clinical advisory board for the International Association of Premenstrual Disorders (IAPMD) and is Associate Director of the CLEAR Laboratory at UIC, which studies the menstrual cycle's impact on mental health. She is widely recognized for translating evidence-based psychology into practical, structured tools for navigating PMDD with clarity and confidence.

Jasmine Bliss, MSc, ANutr, is a Registered Associate Nutritionist with the Association for Nutrition (AfN). She earned a distinction in MSc Nutrition in Practice from Leeds Beckett University and was awarded the Dean's Prize for Nutrition in 2023. Jasmine brings both academic rigor and lived experience with gut health challenges, translating nutritional science into practical, sustainable tools. Her approach focuses on foundational habits that support the gut–hormone–brain connection and real-life resilience across the cycle.
